1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of PHL77 — including the website at phl77.app, any associated mobile application, or any service offered through the platform — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. 3 Account Registration
